Folks, I’m on my 2nd day of study leave for preparation for the CFA exams. And what am I doing right now? Blogging.

I’m seriously enjoying every moment of this getting-paid-but-not-working life. For instance, I spent my entire yesterday revamping my facebook restaurant city (this game is freaking addictive), updating my ‘about me’ page (yea, go check it out, 1 hours spent on that), went out for lunch with mum and dad, basically everything besides studying.

For these 2 days, my life would be wakeup at 9, breakfast, logon facebook and all other sites at 10, finishing those unfinished part in my blog, lunch at 1-ish, facebook again, nap at 4-5, bath, facebook again, dinner, go pasar malam, watch tv, facebook again before sleep.

Hmm.. not to worry geh.. I have budgeted 2 days of unproductive days (aka wastage) from my study leave. Guess I’ve expected all these from my history.

I know I suppose to be studying because my boss would whack me knowing I’m doing nothing at home here. Don’t get me wrong, I did setup my study table with my study materials after all.

Back to the picture, I’ve setup the table in my room (not the normal study table in the study room) because it’s more conducive here. I’ll tell you why. The above is the exact view from where I’m sitting – the edge of the bed. Yes, no chairs. So when I’m tired (which happens all the time) I could just lift my legs and rest on the bed

Then I have my laptop right in front of my books to keep me entertain updated of my restaurant status (and feed the hungry employees) or perhaps checking my mails (and facebook) from time to time. If you see closely, there’s another laptop behind mine, that’s my sis who is doing the same

How could I study like this? The notes are super boring, the moment I look at it, I started to feel like sleeping. If not every minute my attention will be drawn to the 11 inches screen in front of me or I’ll simply become hungry or sleepy. Heck, don’t tell me to switch off the laptop, I can’t live without it (remember?)

First, you have to create a restaurant with few employees. Then you’ll serve some customers  to earn $$$. With the $$$, you can buy more furniture and fittings, then more customer will come, hire more employees, decorate your restaurant nice nice, your restaurant gets bigger, more customer, whoala, more $$$!!!

The number 3 at the left corner indicates i’m ranked 3rd among all my friends, with 20937 gourmet points (points awarded for each served customer) and at level 13! Geng leh..

Yuet Leng’s Restaurant – she reminded me to tell everyone to take note of her restaurant floor – the black tiles made up a letter “M”, stands for Mocha Cha Cha. Damn sweat!

Wait, there’s more in Restaurant City. You need to collect ingredients according to the recipe for the food served.

Ingredients can be found through visiting a new friend’s restaurant, daily food quiz. To make it more fun, you can always trade them with your friends. Super fun!

Oh.. if you don’t like the person you hired because s/he is dump or slow, just a few clicks to sack him/her lor
