Majolica Majorca. I got to know this brand when my friends tumpang me to buy their mascara when I went Hong Kong some years ago. And ever since Watson in Malaysia carries Majolica products, I have tried many of them and all are awesome!

Super heart their princess-like golden packaging <3 <3 <3 !

Do you know majolica is the sister brand of Shiseido?! Although most products are below RM 50, it actually works magically like those branded ones! Eye shadow colours are super nice & sharp, easy to blend and long lasting!

Ok. Back to the mascara story. Being a typical chinese, I have sepet eyes. and I hate it.

The most essential items in my makeup bag would be my concealer and mascara! I swear I wont step into a shopping mall without these.

My favourite is Lancome Virtuose actually. It gives me this super curl effect without the aid of an eyelashes curler. I used to curl my lashes with hot(!) curler, apply mascara, curl it again, then reapply another coat of mascara. Trust me, with that it still wont beat what Virtuose could do. While Lancome Definicils Pro, which i equally heart, is for lengthening and volume and has been voted U.S. #1 mascara.

But Lancome mascara is freaking expensive.

For a cheaper version, I always go for Majolica Lash Enamel Glamour Neo. It has this comb brush for easy application (perfect for newbies!). Just a few simple comb and I can has dramatic lashes! It gives me much longer and fuller lashes. and the best thing about it – it’s waterproof!

I don’t know why but apparently after mascara, my eye looks more round and bigger compare to the long sepet eye in the ‘before’ picture!

So niceee right?! Surely I’m loving it.

U.S. makeups are soooo cheap!! $30 for a branded foundation, $25 for branded mascara and lipstick going for $12 only wtf.

If only I live in U.S.T___T and earning U.S. income T__T

So what i did was to order from anyone who is travelling to U.S.! Weeeee.. I can have cheap branded makeups!

1. Athena – The Goddess of Wisdom, Warfare, Strategy, Handicrafts and Reason.. I want to be Aphrodite- Goddess of Love, Lust & Beauty actually (stop laughing) but since Athena is more famous so i chose to be her lor. plus she’s the wisest and  she’s Zeus favourite daughther wtf.

My Annual Dinner look. Ok. Thats a very bad picture of me (no ps ok!). It’s company function, so i cant be camwhoring like siao right. Kena maintain standard, got image to jaga ma.

So erm, i did this very nice braid thing to my hair (which cant be seen in the above picture) and added a gold leaves hairband to look like the wreath worn by those Greek Goddess Both hair and make up by Zola.

The dress! Bought this super nice low cut white dress from Carven Sense. My colleague helped me with the extra touch by adding the 2 “gold buckles” at shoulder level which made out of gold string cut from paper bags! And we bought more gold braid to tie around the waist for the complete Goddess-look. Ahaha.

Did my nails – painted them pearl white (but they gave me silver instead, argh!) and added bling bling gold dust. <3

2. Queenie’s wedding dinner

Nothing to shout about this look actually. Basically i wore back the same Carven baju in annual dinner minus the add-ons.

Let my hair down and curl it by my leng chai hairstylist but got disastrous-ly straight even before the dinner starts coz my hair quality is so good that the curls wont hold. FML. 

See that cuteeeee hairband?! Super duper loving this pearl hairband with a cute lil pearl bowtie too! <3 Thats why the picture is lil over-angled coz i gotta show everyone how awesome my hairband is wtf.

and I did the makeup by myself! *so proud* When i look back at the pictures, it actually looks like professional make up ok but this pic is taken with my stupid handphone camera so cant see. very natural and flawless. i am amazed. just that i should have added fake lashes to bling-ed up my eyes.

I do have nice pictures from the wedding but all in my cousin’s camera though. I’ll post them up coz i am really proud of this look. Hahahaha.

Hahaa.. 1st time i’m so vain. beh tahan.
