BALI DAY2 – SIGHTSEEING :)
Eh.. I’ll just post up my Bali pictures with some small captions for today. Damn lazy to blog. Anyway, pictures speak a thousand words, – right? right? right?
RIGHT.
Hire a car with driver to Ubud to see the breath-taking paddy field. Man, it was awesome.. really beautiful.
Can sit in the small hut and have a drink while enjoying the beautiful landscape…
Or.. take a picture with the old man who works in the paddy field is a professional model. Have to pay him to take this picture k! Don’t play play
After paddy field, we went to try the famous Ibu Oka Babi Guling. It’s like our siu yok (roast pork) rice but the skin is tad too hard to bite – I prefer the Malaysian version. Nevertheless, babi guling is still the best meal we had in the entire trip.
Ahem, ignore the messy hair and tired face. I did make up ok! but melted under the hot sun
Went to Ubud market later for shopping. Really cheap things here. No pictures because too busy buying & bargaining, except this random pic taken in a prayer site outside the market
Passed by many many paddy field on our way to Tanah Lot.
Ask our driver to stop so that we can risk our lives to camwhore next to passing cars…
Sleep through the i-dont-know-how-long journey to Tanah Lot. Only to wake up to find we’re there already
Speechless to see the gift God has given to Bali…
You can walk to the temple during low tide in the day. And it’ll be surrounded by water during high tide, hence the name of Temple In the Sea. Damn spectacular.
Amy die die also wanna go Ku De Ta. A famous upscale pub & restaurant packed with Mat Sallehs in Seminyak. And we being the vain girls brought our part dresses to change
Mandatory picture taken in the washroom
The restaurant oversees this super long beach. Must come during evening to see the sunset, so romantic. Ku De Ta has been voted the best place propose and have a wedding in Bali.
Aww.. my flower hair clip is so nice
Went back to Kuta/Legian at night. Passed by the 2002 bombing site and memorial. Felt eerie so left early and didn’t party again..
